Saint Louis University came to Mercury to produce theater commercials as part of the “Be a Billiken” ad campaign to recruit new students. Our crew spent several days on location filming on the university campus, from classrooms to the fountains, library, labs and other picturesque spots we scouted. We captured authentic interview moments with students of all walks of life and all areas of interest. Then we collaborated during several edit sessions to personalize each market spot to featuring local students in a dozen cities. We have been able to use the original video footage to make numerous updates in the following seasons. The result is an energetic and entertaining look at Saint Louis University.
