WorkMetro and Comcast wanted to create an employment channel featuring interactive job postings and employment videos and needs a video production partner to build and launch the channel. With the Atlanta metro area as the first test market, Mercury helped launch Jobs OnDEMAND (JOD), a video employment channel on Atlanta Comcast On Demand. Our team created and managed all video content for the channel, overseeing the creation and implementation of JOD from concept to screen. As a true partner to WorkMetro, we created the scope of numerous video packages from them to sell to employers, established a channel brand identity and created unique messaging to introduce JOD to the Atlanta market. We oversaw the production of all video content, including creating video job postings, employer overviews and TV spots. Our promo was the most watched asset on Comcast, and we generated a media buzz in local and cable news to drive sponsor interest and draw additional consumer visits to the channel.
